But I think in the near future, governments and officials should take a step toward fixing this issue. They should manage their workforce and utilize their capabilities in other positions. For example, if AI tools can do other work, these individuals should help with intellectual abilities or creative innovations. In the near future, these kinds of technologies can reduce working hours but not completely.
