Yes, I do. I wholeheartedly agree with this because in the technology era we are overloaded with information. We have some unnecessary information and we are really vulnerable to some disease, especially the neurodegenerative disease like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s. I think it’s really important that individuals learn in some way and can acquire new skills because engaging in longevity learning can serve as a protective factor for cognitive health and they can leave longer rather than in the past.
