I really do not believe that the education system prepares students for the challenges of the modern workplace. The first reason is that most education systems teach students theoretical knowledge. But when you step into the modern workplace, there are so many challenges related to real life. To be prepared for those kinds of challenges, you need to learn from your experience. You need to go through some hands-on work, and from those lessons, you can improve your work status or your working ability. So I really do not believe that the education system can help prepare students for the challenges of the modern workplace. It is very alarming that the education system should be a platform that helps students get ready for these challenges. Therefore, change should be brought about for the betterment of the students.
