In my opinion, yes, globalization trends have a severe impact on the significance of cultural festivals because a lot of individuals, especially the younger generation, are losing their national and traditional identity, and many of them don't maintain traditional ceremonies and traditions. So in my opinion, it has a severe impact, mostly detrimental, on cultural festivals.
