Today many employers have chosen to work remotely. This trend has several potential drawbacks for both employees and employers in the long term. On the one hand, not all employees are disciplined. Many people need supervision to work. If they don't have a productive environment or a working office, they may lack productivity and have a problem with discipline. On the other hand, employers may have problems with internet connections. Although the internet is widespread, for example in less developed countries, they still have connection problems and this may lead them to feel stressed and anxious, especially when they are dealing with deadlines and important meetings. So I believe that employees and employers should find a hybrid way or use an in-person approach to prevent these drawbacks.
