Well, frankly speaking, if you are a kid and you are very popular in your country, then I think you'll probably have to say goodbye to your privacy. Since you'll have many reporters following you to cover your daily life or not-so-daily life in order to gain some audience to boost the business opportunities of their newspapers. But on the other hand, there are some good things that can happen to you as well. For instance, since you are popular, it's very easy for you to find some work opportunities. So you can make some money. That is something unimaginable for most of your peers in mainland China, at least. With money, you can do many things you want to do and buy some things you want to buy. What else? Well, of course, you can gain some early work experience. I'm not sure if it is a good thing or a bad thing, but it's something, right? It could be a building block for your future.
