I think the advantages would be to increase awareness for the company itself by printing logos on the uniform. It will also foster a sense of belonging among members of the company. However, there are some disadvantages to having uniforms, such as limiting the capabilities of employees, as this will not allow them to wear what they want. They might feel that the company is controlling their decisions. Another disadvantage would be that this garment might have an uncomfortable fabric, which will make them feel annoyed all the time because they are wearing something they don't feel comfortable in.
