Well, from my perspective, the major benefit is that whenever you live in a tall building, you are able to enjoy the environment around you. You can feel refreshed by watching the view from the highest floor. However, there are some drawbacks that outweigh the advantages. When you live on an upper floor, you may encounter trouble during an earthquake while trying to reach the lowest floor. Additionally, if the elevators don't work well, you have to use the stairs, which can be quite unpleasant.
