Social media is a double-edged sword. It helps people stay connected but at the same time people are getting addicted due to social media's influence on their brain and daily life. The biggest advantage of social media, as I said previously, is connecting with your close people or just people around you because even if you are not able to go for a walk or engage in other social activities in real life, you can do this online on social media, and it can help you to be aware of some news, something that happens in your family, for example. And if we didn't have social media, we wouldn't be able to communicate with each other in, for example, long-distance relationships or other difficult circumstances. Social media, which I use every day, helps me.
