No one might argue that technology is a double-edged sword. It has both pros and cons. However, we need to focus on the pros rather than the cons. In our job sectors, we are deeply connected with automation systems, which are developing day by day. I don't think they will replace human beings, but they will help our workforce perform more accurate tasks. They will also handle repetitive tasks, as robots can manage any kind of repetitive work without delay or errors. On the other hand, human beings are essential for creativity. They discover new ideas and solutions.

So in our job sectors we are deeply connected with the automation system currently and they are developing day by day. So I don’t think they will replace human beings but they will help our workforce to do more accurate tasks as well as they will also help the repeated tasks do by themselves as robots are able to do any kind of repeated tasks without any delay as well as any errors. On the other hand human beings are for creativity. They find out more and other.
