I believe that the increasing trend toward remote work will have two major negative effects on urban infrastructure and community bonds. The first and foremost effect is that the infrastructure in town will be less developed because there will be small group of users use the public infrastructure for example in the big town when people work at their home. Let’s say public transport will be used. And this thing will lead to less enhancement on bus or train. The second thing, the second effect is that people will be close to each other because they don’t have a chance to meet their life’s neighborhood in person. And community bonds will be less and less important.
