Well, as I observe around me, individuals in my country, Iran, eat various kinds of food for their meals. The food includes rice and bread, as well as Western foods that contain a lot of cholesterol, such as pasta, pizza, and other kinds of fast food. Most teenagers nowadays tend to have these kinds of fast food for their meals, while older people may prefer traditional ones.
