Immediately after natural disaster, the main priority is to provide people with basic needs such as clean drinking water, food and emergency shelter. The 2023 Turkey earthquake is a clear example of this where the main goal was to save lives. Because of the air squig, water networks and local hospitals were broken, so clean drinking water and medical tents became the most urgent needs. The first few days survive faced winter cold and spreading disease, so they are forced to survive for the second time. This proves that quick shelter, clean water and medical aid are vital to keep people alive. Thank you.
