Usually I deal with running because I feel more free, more liberated. I run with my friends in running teams. This team is really crowded, with people, students, and different individuals, and it's really enjoyable for me and the others, of course, because we run every week. Specifically, trail running. Do you know trail running? It's generally running but in the mountains, which is more exciting than regular running.
