Well, from my perspective, it is very bad manners because we should not use mobile phones during the meal, like lunch or dinner. For example, if we scroll or text on our mobile phones during lunch, it makes them feel ignored and disrespectful. So we should not call on mobile phones at that time because this time gives us a chance to spend quality time with them.
