For me, sometimes it is very disturbing, but sometimes it's okay to talk. It totally depends on the situation or the scene that is happening. If the scene is serious and someone is talking about something unrelated or using their mobile to take a call, it can be very disturbing. I will not be able to enjoy the movie for which I came, for which I have explicitly taken out my time and gone to the theater.

So if the scene is serious and someone is talking rubbish or like not related thing and someone is using their mobile to talk, to go on a call or something and it will be totally disturbing my mood or I will not be able to enjoy the movie for which I have came, for which I have explicitly taken out my time and went to theatre.
