I think the hardest language for me would be any Asian language, like Korean or Mandarin. I think they are very dependent on sound, which is very different from Arabic, English, or even French. I think that learning these kinds of languages could start from childhood, and I didn't have the opportunity to start studying any of them in my school. I even tried to understand Korean through many K-dramas, but it was extremely tough, and I really didn't get a word.
