Among the many dishes I have learnt to prepare traditional Nepali food holds a special place in my heart. Dishes like daal, bhaar, dehedo, achar, gunjruk which is not only delicious but also hold a cultural heritage of our country Nepal. It is a lot of people love drinking tea which is also a welcoming drink for our guests whenever we visit someone else. They prefer us to drink tea. When I was young as I learnt to prepare the food for my family. I prepare making food at my own kitchen when I was 11 and my mother is my inspiration for making food. She saved me very well so I can prepare my food very delicious. I feel so happy food is not only skills it is also emotion that someone hold. I feel so satisfied that I can make them happy and cheerful for making these food or drink.
