Band 6+: What have you been doing recently?

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The answer stays on topic and directly addresses the question by listing recent activities. It is natural and appropriate for the context. However, it is quite brief and lacks elaboration. To improve, you could add a brief reason or detail for one or two of the activities, such as why you are taking the courses or what you find interesting about AI. This would demonstrate a fuller response without overcomplicating it.

The answer is coherent and easy to follow, but it is quite brief and lacks elaboration. The use of 'And' to connect ideas is repetitive, and the ending 'That's it' is abrupt. To improve, expand on each activity with a brief detail or reason, and use a wider range of linking words (e.g., 'In addition', 'Moreover', 'As well as that').

The vocabulary is appropriate but limited. You use basic phrases like 'taking courses' and 'studying about'. To achieve a higher score, use more precise and varied vocabulary, such as 'enrolled in', 'attending', 'focusing on', 'delving into', or 'exploring'. Also, avoid the repetition of 'I have been' by using synonyms or restructuring. Boost vocabulary complexity to elevate the overall score.

The grammar is accurate, and the present perfect continuous tense is used correctly. However, the range of structures is limited. You only use one sentence pattern. To improve, incorporate a variety of structures, such as complex sentences with subordinate clauses, or use different tenses to add depth (e.g., 'Recently, I've been focusing on...', 'In addition to that, I'm also...').
