From observation, in the past, people didn't have as much technology, so they often spent their free time doing simple things like talking with friends face to face, playing outside, or doing something creative like drawing or making things by hand. But now, a lot of our free time is spent on screens, watching YouTube, scrolling through social media, or playing games. I think we are more connected online but maybe less connected in real life than before.
