The hardest challenge I have faced was overcoming shyness in new environments. I mean, I take a time to feel comfortable with new people, so starting conversations used to be difficult for me. This made it hard to connect with others, however, I realized I needed to step out of my comfort zone. So I started making a small talk and finding common interests with people. Over time I became more confident. Now I still take a time to open, but I feel much more comfortable in new situations.
