I personally use an Oxford dictionary for my study. In the Oxford dictionary, I can find the meaning and the definition of C1 or C2 words, which I really need to know. I can also translate Mongolian words to English. However, there's a problem: this dictionary can't provide the meaning of phrasal verbs such as 'see out' or 'set out.' So, when I need to know the meaning of phrasal verbs, I use Google Translate.
