Band 6+: what kind of house or flat do you want to live in the furture

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The response is relevant to the question and provides a clear answer. However, it could benefit from more detailed explanation and elaboration on the aspects mentioned (quality, security, environment, freshness). Providing specific examples would strengthen the response and demonstrate a more advanced level of English.

The answer is coherent and easy to follow. There is a slight hesitation at the beginning ('If I had to choose...'), but overall the response flows well. Minor improvements could be made by adding a brief explanation of what 'quality', 'security', 'environment', and 'freshness' mean in the context of apartment living. This would enhance the overall fluency and coherence.

The vocabulary used is appropriate and accurate. However, the response could benefit from more specific and descriptive language. Instead of simply listing features ('quality, security, environment, freshness'), the speaker could elaborate on what these features mean to them. For example, 'a secure building with 24/7 security' instead of just 'security'.

The grammar is mostly accurate. The only noticeable error is the use of 'prefer' instead of 'would prefer' in the first sentence. The sentence structure is simple but effective. Using more complex grammatical structures, such as subordinate clauses, would improve the score. For example, the speaker could have said, "If I had to choose a place to live, I would prefer living in an apartment because it offers all the things I need, such as quality, security, a pleasant environment, and a feeling of freshness."
