From my perspective, I would say that as teenagers, they can start preparing meals by following simple recipes. They can learn from their parents or grandparents. For example, let's start with breakfast. They can learn how to make dosa for breakfast and chapatis for dinner. They can also learn to make other simple dishes like sandwiches or salads. When it comes to drinks, they should learn how to make tea or coffee, which are basic necessities. This helps them improve their cooking skills and will be beneficial in the future. As parents, we should appreciate our children's attempts at cooking, even if they are not perfect. This encouragement will help them develop their cooking skills further in the future.
