Band 4+: what kind of weather do you like the most

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The answer directly addresses the question by stating a preference for rainy weather and providing a reason. However, the development of the response is somewhat inconsistent. While the first sentence is clear, the subsequent sentences introduce ideas that are slightly tangential or logically unclear, such as the statement about how rain is created. To improve, focus on elaborating on your personal feelings or specific activities you enjoy during that weather, rather than discussing general facts or the behavior of others, to ensure the response remains cohesive and relevant to the prompt.

The response lacks logical progression and cohesion. The connection between 'people going out' and 'air creating rain' is unclear, making the answer difficult to follow. To improve, use cohesive devices (e.g., 'However,' 'On the other hand,' 'Furthermore') to link your ideas logically. Try to follow a structure: State your preference -> Explain why -> Provide a contrasting view or detail.

The vocabulary is very basic and repetitive (e.g., repeating 'rain weather'). You used 'rain weather' instead of the correct adjective 'rainy weather.' To reach higher bands, use more descriptive collocations such as 'refreshing drizzle,' 'heavy downpour,' or 'gloomy atmosphere' instead of just 'rain.'

There are significant grammatical errors that impede communication. For example, 'Rain weather is make some issues' is incorrect; it should be 'Rainy weather causes some issues.' There are also issues with subject-verb agreement and sentence structure. Focus on mastering basic sentence patterns (Subject + Verb + Object) and learning how to use adjectives to describe nouns.
