Band 7+: What kinds of job are popular in your country?

Your pronunciation is average. It is understandable but not always accurate. Focusing on the rhythm and stress patterns of English could prove beneficial.

The response directly addresses the question and provides relevant information about popular job sectors in the speaker's country. The answer includes specific examples and mentions recent trends, demonstrating a good understanding of the topic. To further enhance the response, the speaker could provide more details or examples to support their points.

The answer is generally coherent, but there are some minor hesitations and awkward phrasing that slightly affect the flow. For example, the transition between mentioning public sector jobs and software/IT jobs could be smoother. Try to use more natural connectors and avoid abrupt shifts in topic. Practicing speaking on similar topics can help improve fluency.

The vocabulary is adequate for the topic, but there's room for improvement in terms of precision and variety. "Trees and table careers" is unclear and sounds unnatural; consider rephrasing this. Using more specific and nuanced vocabulary would enhance the answer. For example, instead of 'better income,' you could say 'competitive salaries' or 'lucrative compensation.'

The grammar is mostly accurate, but there are a few errors that detract from the overall impression. "Many people only say trees and table careers is a public sector" contains grammatical errors. It should be something like "Many people consider traditional careers in the public sector..." Pay attention to subject-verb agreement and sentence structure. Reviewing basic grammar rules and practicing sentence construction can help improve accuracy.
