Band 6+: What mode of transportation is generally used in your city?

Your pronunciation is average. It is understandable but not always accurate. Focusing on the rhythm and stress patterns of English could prove beneficial.

The answer directly addresses the question by identifying buses and motorcycles as common modes of transportation. It provides a clear reason (small town, traffic congestion) and adds a practical suggestion for students. However, the response could be more fully developed by elaborating on the specific advantages of each mode or providing a brief example. The phrasing is natural and appropriate, but a bit more detail would enhance the response.

The answer is generally coherent and easy to follow, with a clear main point and supporting reasons. However, there are some hesitations and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'because since Bolin is in Little Town using big cars in traffic, cars is really crowded roads') that disrupt the flow. The refined version shows better organization, but the raw answer lacks smooth transitions and has some repetition. To improve, practice linking ideas more smoothly and avoid mid-sentence corrections.

The vocabulary is adequate for the topic, with words like 'common', 'crowded', 'easy way to travel', and 'student' used appropriately. However, there is limited range and some imprecise usage (e.g., 'Little Town' instead of 'small town', 'cars is really crowded roads' which is awkward). The refined answer uses more precise terms like 'small town' and 'traveling by bus'. To improve, expand vocabulary related to transportation and city life, and use more specific and varied expressions.

There are several grammatical errors in the raw answer, including subject-verb agreement ('cars is really crowded roads'), incorrect use of 'since' and 'because' together, and missing articles/prepositions (e.g., 'if your student' should be 'if you're a student'). The refined answer corrects these issues, showing the intended meaning. To improve, focus on basic grammar rules, especially subject-verb agreement and sentence structure, and practice using a wider range of grammatical structures (e.g., conditionals, relative clauses) accurately.
