Well from my perspective I would say social media has a huge impact on the public opinion on various issues, one of them being political issues. I think social media platforms are some of the things that everybody post on that regardless of their position as some politicians, actors, celebrities and influencers put a lot on social media so that can change people’s perspective as if their favorite influencer is joining a certain particular party for the politicals. So the people’s perspective towards that particular party would improve and they will naturally try to let that party win by voting in a huge count as their favorite influencer would be standing in there. Another thing that in the opposite scenario if someone or the great influencer would be getting a gain that party then his or her followers would do the same. So I think social media has a great influence on the political decisions.
