Urban green spaces play a crucial role in enhancing mental health and well-being. And just to pick one example of that, I would absolutely say that most people, especially those living in big cities where traffic jams and crowds are present, can benefit. Green spaces help them to relax and talk with themselves or with their colleagues or maybe even with their family in a relaxing way. And I should admit that city life can substantially damage your mental health just by seeing polluted things every single day or by having to face the crowd and traffic jams every single day. So, urban green spaces enable you to relax and to have a lifestyle where everything seems natural, normal, and peaceful.
