Ironically, when I'm happy, I tend to listen to music that is a little bit more morose, a little bit more moody and sad because it just kind of makes the whole idea of sadness a little bit more bearable because you just remember how long it took for you to come from that point to this point when you're actually happy. And that kind of just reminds you, this has all been a journey and all of that suffering that you went through when you were sad and depressed made way for this beautiful day today.
