Band 4+: What type of weather do you prefer? Why?

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The answer begins to address the question by mentioning summer, but it lacks development and clarity. The response is repetitive and ends abruptly without explaining why summer weather is enjoyable. To improve, provide specific reasons and examples, and ensure the answer is complete and coherent.

The answer lacks coherence and fluency. There is significant repetition ('It's on. It's on. It's on.') and an incomplete thought ('It's not coming.'), which disrupts the flow. The response is very short and does not fully develop the idea. To improve, organize your thoughts before speaking, avoid repetition, and provide a clear reason with examples. Practice speaking at a steady pace and complete your sentences.

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive. Phrases like 'so much activities' (incorrect collocation) and 'get some things done' are simple. There is no range of vocabulary to describe weather or personal preferences. To improve, use a variety of adjectives (e.g., 'sunny', 'warm', 'pleasant') and more precise expressions (e.g., 'engage in outdoor activities', 'feel energized'). Avoid vague language and aim for more descriptive and specific word choices. Boost vocabulary complexity to elevate the overall score.

There are grammatical errors, such as 'so much activities' (should be 'so many activities') and the incomplete sentence 'It's not coming.' The response uses only simple structures and lacks variety. To improve, practice using a mix of simple and complex sentences, ensure subject-verb agreement, and avoid fragments. For example, say 'I enjoy summer because the warm weather allows me to do many outdoor activities, which makes me feel productive and happy.'
