There are two fundamental skills that every participant in a meeting has to manage properly. First of all, listening skills are very important because a participant has to be focused for the whole meeting, and it is important that this participant is able to give some pieces of advice or provide better solutions to a problem. The second communication skill that I find crucial is speaking skills. In fact, a participant who illustrates a problem has to be very clear about that problem in order to enable others to give advice, so both skills are important.
