Well, I prefer to read books or watch movies due to the fact that both things I like very much and enjoy in my free time. For instance, if I am free for two hours, I give one hour to reading books. I am in a very bad situation like fighting with depression and anxiety. Books make me relax and overcome it. I watch movies late at night that make me confident and motivated.
