I believe both mental and physical relaxation are equally important. If someone lacks either, they might struggle with daily tasks or focusing on their goals. Physical relaxation is crucial for performing daily activities, while mental relaxation is essential for managing stress and maintaining a positive mindset. I think mental relaxation is slightly more important because when your mind is not at ease, it can significantly impact your ability to carry out daily routines. It's difficult for some people to relax because they might not know the right techniques or they tend to dwell on their problems. This can hinder their ability to relax. Exercise can provide both mental and physical relaxation. After a workout, people often feel mentally refreshed and can sleep better, which contributes to overall relaxation.
