Another reason is conscious, but objectively there are also some reasons came from each individual and this is the peer pressures. In the more flatter world nowadays, we can easily access to the more expeller people in a new environment and we can consciously compare myself to others about our appearance, our abilities, or our accomplishment, which leads to the lack of confidence of the youngsters in the nowadays society.
