Why do some people neglect the importance of their actions in public places? I'd say perhaps some people have a lack of sympathy or empathy towards others, so they don't care how other people can be negatively affected by their behavior and what they do in public, just caring about themselves. In other words, maybe they are narcissists or really selfish, placing their comfort and freedom above anything else, such as other people's privacy or comfort. So I think because of these reasons, some people usually neglect being well-behaved towards others in public.
