Okay, well I think there are several reasons for this. Firstly, I think travel in one's own country can be much more affordable, so people don't have to pay for international flights or travel visas and also travel insurance. And another reason can be the convenience because people don't have to worry about language barriers or unfamiliar customs and also currency exchange. In addition to this, you know that many countries have their own outstanding attractions like mountains, deserts, or beaches and also historical sites and a wide range of festivals, so people can still enjoy the environment without leaving the country. And I think for some, domestic travel is a way to support the economy and also discover a lot of places people have never visited before.
