I believe that you shouldn't have to pay a lot of money to hire a photographer because most of the time you don't need a master photographer; you can use your own phone. But for a special birthday party or wedding, you absolutely need to hire a professional to take photos or videos. In that case, it doesn't matter how much you need to pay because it's your special day, and it will always be valuable to their work. So, that's all.
