Band 6+: • Would you prefer to live in a traditional house or in a modern apartment building? Why? • Can you tell me something about the area you live in? • If you could make changes to your area or home town, what would you change? • Would you prefer to live in a big city or in the countryside? Why?

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The response addresses the questions adequately, providing reasons for preferences and describing the area of residence. To improve, try to elaborate further on your points and provide more specific details or examples. For instance, when discussing the advantages of a modern apartment, you could mention specific features or amenities. When describing your town, you could add details about its culture, landmarks, or local activities.

The response is generally coherent, but there are some hesitations and repetitions ('I would say,' 'just'). The structure is simple. To improve, try to expand on your ideas with more detail and avoid unnecessary filler words. Practice speaking more smoothly and connecting your ideas more explicitly.

The vocabulary is adequate but not particularly varied or precise. Words like 'luxurious' and 'beautiful' are appropriate, but the range could be broader. To improve, try to use more specific and descriptive vocabulary related to housing and your local area. For example, instead of 'beautiful,' you could use 'aesthetically pleasing' or 'well-designed.'

The grammar is mostly accurate, but there are a few minor errors ('broke or to be adjust' should be 'break less or require fewer adjustments'). The range of structures is somewhat limited. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of grammatical structures and pay attention to correcting minor errors in verb tense and word choice.
