Busan is a great place to visit, but I wouldn't recommend it for long-term living, especially if you're looking for career advancement. Most good job opportunities are in Seoul. Korea, in general, is very competitive, especially in education. Over 90% of high school graduates go to university, and it's tough to find a well-paying job unless you're at the top of your class. It also requires strong social connections to succeed. While it's a beautiful country with a rich culture, the intense competition and pressure can be challenging for many.
