Band 5+: You should say: whose house/apartment this is where the house/apartment is what it looks like inside and explain what you like or dislike about this person's house/apartment

Your pronunciation is average. It is understandable but not always accurate. Focusing on the rhythm and stress patterns of English could prove beneficial.

The response adequately addresses all parts of the task. However, to improve, consider adding more specific details and descriptive language to paint a more vivid picture of the apartment's interior and your friend's personality. Elaborate on the style of the furniture, the colors used, or any unique features. Also, expand on your feelings about the apartment, explaining why the balcony is your favorite part and why the building door is a downside. Adding personal experiences or anecdotes would further enhance the response. The response could be expanded as it currently feels quite brief.

The answer is coherent and mostly fluent. Minor issues with phrasing ('on a modern building in the apartment' is unclear) and a slight hesitation in describing the balcony's lighting could be improved with more precise language and smoother transitions. Consider using more sophisticated linking words to enhance the flow.

Vocabulary is adequate but could be more precise and sophisticated. Words like 'special' to describe the living room lack precision. Using words like 'spacious' or 'comfortable' would be more descriptive. Expanding on the 'nice view' with more detail would also enhance the lexical range.

Grammar is mostly accurate, but there are a few errors. 'My best friend live' should be 'lives'. The description of the balcony's lighting is awkwardly phrased. While the meaning is understandable, more grammatically sophisticated sentences would improve the score. Using a wider range of grammatical structures would also be beneficial.
