Well, I would say to reduce pollution in my local area, I could reduce the use of plastic or walk or cycle to school. In fact, not using plastic can improve the environment. When people use plastic, it often ends up in landfills. Because plastic is not biodegradable, it releases carbon dioxide and contributes to global warming. However, it would be really challenging because many products are made of plastic. If people used other materials, such as glass or metal, it could help reduce plastic waste. Another option is walking or cycling to school. It would reduce the number of cars on the road, which would lower global warming. Personally, walking to school would be quite hard for me, as my home is really far from school, so I would prefer reducing pollution by not using plastic.
