Do vietnamese people give plants as gifts ?

I don’t see much where people in Vietnam present others with plants. But they do. I see a lot of my friends, my grandpa friends giving him, give him with bonsai. So yeah, I assume that Vietnamese do send plants as a gift.

In Vietnam is quite common to give plants as presents, especially during special occasions like that, or housewarming. Giving plants as a, uh, meaningful gesture that symbolize cur health and good photons.
