So first of all, this is a very interesting question, and I'd say that I don't have a single favorite form of exercise. I enjoy activities that put me out of my comfort zone, where I can gain muscle and feel a strong sense of becoming healthier. Running and jogging are among my favorite exercises.
I actually prefer morning exercise because it is much easier. After doing that activity, I feel recharged and recovered after a hectic night, and it really helps me start my day with a fresh body.
