where are the safe places in your hometown to ride bicycle?

I think there aren’t any specific places for riding a bicycle in my hometown because most of people use bicycles in the street to get around or do their activities. And also, street aren’t safe for riding a bicycle unless they use a bicycle lens or follow the traffic rules.
