I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter regarding Conference. In this conference we will discuss about our new project.

firstly, I went that we will do Conference on 29 of october at my office. I think that at this day we all are free and we will discuss about our new uphone which will be launch in november. What are the deals we will we, how we launch this phone to get more orders. I really want that owe team should make best presentation on their behalf. If they have something now or different so we can launch this phone in better way. you can also suggest me by your presentation which date is best. Furthermore, I want that each one of you give your presentation one by one. and Liam I want that you will start with your presentation first.

I arrange refreshments for our team. Best thing is that you guys can buy that phone on that conference day with 50% discounts. I will give you guys presents also. I am waiting for our Conference.
