Dear Karthik,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. As you know, I will be heading out of town next week for my holiday, and I truly appreciate your willingness to take care of my pet and manage my household during my absence. Should you need to reach me for any reason, please feel free to call or text me at 050-000-0000.

Regarding my pet dog, he has a specific diet, which you will find in the closet in the hall. Please remember to feed him twice a day, in the morning and evening. Make sure to refill his water bowl whenever it’s empty. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could take him for a short walk to the park at least three times a week in the evening. It’s important to avoid feeding him anything containing sugar, as it triggers allergies.

There are some household duties to attend to as well. Firstly, please water the plants daily, and ensure that you turn off the motor after watering the garden. Secondly, make it a habit to lock the main door and the gate every time you leave the property.
