Dear Simran,

Greetings! I hope you are doing great.

Thank you for agreeing to take care of my dog Diamond and my place when I will be out of the station for a holiday.

I have written the phone number and the E-mail of the hotel manager in which I will be staying on a sticky note, which I have left on the fridge in case my phone is out of reach. Otherwise, I will be having my cell phone with me all the time, so, feel free to contact me in case of any emergency.

Diamond is a very friendly dog but he follows a strict diet due to his health issues and his diet chart is right there on the fridge. I have stocked his eatables and other diet essentials in the first cabinet of the kitchen. He likes to walk twice daily, and plays with his favourite toy which I have kept in his bed.

It would be of great help if you could please water my plants one time a day. Also, the most important thing, close the doors and windows at night for security reasons.
