Dear John,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share my experience of the course MATH 100 and give you my advice.

I took the course in the winter term of 2022, and it was led by professor Zhou. There were 5 assignments consisting a total of 30 percent, 3 quizzes with each worths 20 percent, and 10 percent for participation marks. There was no final exam, and the quizzes were not overly complex. You should be all good as long as you study the practice exams.

I highly recommend you take the course as soon as possible, as it is a prerequisite requirement for many high-level courses later on and the seats run out quickly.

If you decide to apply, make sure you are familiar with highschool math content because it is assumed that students are already proficient in highschool math.
