Dear sir,

In a recent newspaper, I have read that a museum located near Parkwood Station is looking for people to do part-time voluntary work. I am writing this letter to show my interest in this work; I also live next to the street which is nearby the museum.

I recently moved to this country. I am working as a cybersecurity analyst at Indigo Airlines. After my work hours, I am free and I want to spend this time doing some productive activity. As I have a certification in the field of history, which would help me gain some practical experience while doing voluntary work at the museum, my project management skills would be a best fit here; arranging meetings, handling file systems, and, through my communication skills, I can handle people easily.

I am available three days a week, including weekends. In the evenings, after four o’clock, I can do some work, if possible. This is a great opportunity for me to gain new exposure to tradition and culture while helping people.
